Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions as required.
Ensure organizational compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with external legal counsel and manage relationships with regulatory bodies.
Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on potential impacts.
Prepare and deliver training sessions on legal topics to internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of legal matters and ensure proper documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Law or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents.
Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment law.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
