Saudi and GCC National.

Responsibilities:
Review agreements and contracts.
Strategic Legal Advisory to Business, Products, and Transactions
Corporate Governance, Board/Committee Support
Dispute Management, Litigation Oversight, and Legal Risk Control
Regulatory Compliance & Regulator Engagement
Must have 7-10years of experience.
Financial industry.
Education: LLB and above.
