Drafting & Review: Proactively draft, critically review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, agreements, partnership MoUs, vendor/supplier contracts, and other legal instruments across all facets of SalamAir s business operations.

Aviation Focus: Provide specialized contractual support for agreements related to aircraft maintenance (MRO), ground handling, procurement, IT systems, and commercial agreements.

Mitigation of Risk: Analyze proposed contractual terms to identify potential legal, regulatory, and commercial risks, developing and implementing necessary clauses to protect SalamAir's interests effectively.

Legal Compliance: Ensure absolute compliance of all contractual frameworks with the Sultanate of Oman's commercial, corporate, and civil laws, as well as relevant IATA and international aviation regulatory frameworks.

Legal Counsel: Act as a reliable internal counsel, providing timely, accurate, and pragmatic legal advice and interpretations to executive management and various departments on complex contractual disputes and regulatory matters.

Documentation Management: Oversee and meticulously maintain the company s digital and physical contract repository, ensuring documentation integrity, confidentiality, and ease of retrieval for audit purposes.

Interdepartmental Support: Collaborate closely with departments such as Procurement, Finance, Operations, and HR to tailor contracts that meet specific commercial objectives while adhering to legal constraints.

Process Improvement: Assist the Legal Manager in standardizing and updating contract templates, legal forms, and internal policies to streamline the contracting lifecycle and enhance efficiency.

Dispute Assistance: Support the Head of Legal in managing and resolving potential contractual disagreements, preparing necessary legal documentation, and providing input for litigation strategy.
