Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while mitigating legal risks, safeguarding company interests.
- Provide expert legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, guiding the company through intricate transactions.
- Oversee and manage litigation, coordinating with external counsel to develop and execute effective defense strategies, minimizing liability.
- Develop and implement robust compliance programs, proactively identifying and addressing regulatory changes and potential legal pitfalls.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal principles.
- Possesses a minimum of 10 years of progressive legal experience, showcasing a proven track record of success in complex legal matters.
- Possesses a license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, ensuring the ability to provide legal counsel.
