Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What Will You Do
• Customer Journey Mapping:
- Develop comprehensive maps of the customer s journey, identifying key touchpoints from pre-acquisition to churn.
- Analyze touchpoints to determine opportunities for engagement and conversion, aligning with overall marketing and business
goals.
• Campaign Management and Automation:
- Design and implement automated marketing campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Coordinate with country marketing managers to ensure that campaigns are localized and relevant to specific market needs.
• CRM and Martech Stack Management:
- Utilize advanced CRM systems and marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and analyze customer data.
- Continuously update and refine the martech stack to optimize marketing efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and customer behavior metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign results and customer insights, providing actionable recommendations to enhance strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders within the marketing team to align lifecycle marketing strategies with broader goals.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure the effective integration and utilization of technology solutions.
What Are We Looking For
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related role.
• Proven experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Quick learner with a keen interest in technology and the ability to adapt to new tools and practices.
