Offshore and Onshore operation of Company s service provision. Primarily in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia however travel may also include throughout GCC & Middle East region, North Africa Region and the Caspian Region.

• Mentoring and supporting the KSA Field Engineer team for all KSA operations (preparation-execution-post job completion). First point of contact for field operations support during KSA operations.
• Direct communication line between KSA Country Manager/KSA Sales team/MENA Operations Manager for operational updates, pre-job briefing, post job debriefing, and Saudi Aramco post job wash-up meetings for KSA operations.
• Lead the Operational Readiness, and Operational Planning for all Saudi Operations, assigning operations to the KSA Field Engineer team and ensure that all operational readiness, planning, equipment preparation, is done (pre & post job).
• Lead person for KSA operation job design including drafting/producing/reviewing specific well/pipeline preparation and running procedures, including contingency planning.
• Coordinate with conveyance service providers to achieve successful compatibility of system integration testing.
• Review and produce high-quality post job deliverable reports and data deliverable packages.
• Reviewing and improving pre/post job checklists etc.
• Attendance of SIT or FAT as required at Company or client nominated site.
• Attendance of meetings with clients and service companies as required.
• Equipment preparation & maintenance pre/post equipment mobilization/demobilization. Completing & uploading required documentation to OMS.
• Scheduled maintenance (preventative maintenance) of equipment inventory, completing & uploading the required documentation to OMS.
• Reporting equipment failures. When achievable; make the necessary steps to investigate & repair fault(s) via MENA Maintenance support.
• Company workshop-based tasks in the support of onshore or offshore operations.
• Pre-job meeting with client and post-job wash-up meetings, solely or accompanied depending on grade, including HAZOP or equivalent.
• Recommending and getting approval for new or revised operating procedures and/or equipment improvements or Products.
