Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Will also support a range of commonly used VSAT SATCOM and baseband (Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), and Third Data Packages) systems.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Facilitate maintenance and warranty repairs.
- Manage equipment spares inventory.
- Oversee packaging and shipping processes (inbound and outbound).
- Maintain tracking and status updates for maintenance actions.
- Track equipment assets and warranty status.
- Manage equipment repair turnaround times in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the SMC for reporting.
- Apply knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management framework and adhere to guidance from the Designated Approval Authority (DAA).
