Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage all shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
  • Monitor shipments from origin to destination and ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to transportation and delivery of products, providing accurate and timely information and assistance
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics data
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues promptly

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting and financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling software and other relevant software, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Physical ability to perform finance-related tasks, including prolonged sitting and working with numbers and data for extended periods.
