Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with logistics agents to ensure accurate and timely ACID application prior to sea shipment loading.
- Monitor international shipment status and proactively flag potential delays or risks.
- Apply and track FORM 4 to ensure readiness before shipment arrival at the port.
- Oversee import customs clearance processes, identify risks, and coordinate PTW transportation as needed.
- Prepare and update daily import tracking reports to maintain visibility and control.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct monthly performance reviews based on KPIs.
- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with factories and agents to resolve urgent or unexpected logistics issues.
- Identify optimal logistics solutions and manage space booking for export shipments from Egypt to destination countries.
- Coordinate timely truck loading at the factory in collaboration with logistics agents.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including Commercial Invoices (CI) and Packing Lists (PL).
- Generate and update daily export tracking reports to ensure operational transparency.
- Maintain supplier relationships and review monthly performance against KPIs.
- Work closely with factories and agents to address and resolve urgent export-related challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree.
4:6 years of experience in the areas of customs, import/export.
Al-Sadat City residents or areas around.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel
V. Good command in English.
Highly collaborative ability to excel in a team environment
Highly motivated with demonstrated initiative
