Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Follow-up day to day operation for import shipments according to customs standard procedures
Maintain ISO requirements by updating all internal sheets daily and keep scan of all documents on company shared folder
Collaborate with various departments and obtain all documents and ensure compliance with customers requirements
Check on Nafesa System (Customs website) that freight forwarder had issued initial export certificate, and all data submitted are correct
Manage all courier shipments (outbound & inbound)
Prepare and submit all required documents for import support
Follow-up day to day operation of fleet
Desired Candidate Profile
BSc degree in Logistics or relevant field
Proven work experience in logistics (not less than 4 years)
Good experience in fleet management
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English Language
