Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance customer engagement, drive repeat business, and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Analyse member behaviour, market trends, and competitor loyalty programs to identify.
- Maintain invoices and ensure accurate financial documentation to support loyalty program operations.
- Monitor performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Strategically maintain product placement to maximize visibility and customer engagement within loyalty touchpoints.
- Work on campaign and managing customer relations.
- Boost customer retention and repeat bookings.
- Encourage members to not only fly more but also utilize our ancillary services and potentially attract new members.
- Enhance the value in our rewards, contributing directly to increased revenue.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors in marketing, finance, or information technology
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in similar role.
- Analysis skills and tools.
