Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer engagement, drive repeat business, and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Analyse member behaviour, market trends, and competitor loyalty programs to identify.
  • Maintain invoices and ensure accurate financial documentation to support loyalty program operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Strategically maintain product placement to maximize visibility and customer engagement within loyalty touchpoints.
  • Work on campaign and managing customer relations.
  • Boost customer retention and repeat bookings.
  • Encourage members to not only fly more but also utilize our ancillary services and potentially attract new members.
  • Enhance the value in our rewards, contributing directly to increased revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors in marketing, finance, or information technology
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in similar role.
  • Analysis skills and tools.
