Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the maintenance of electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical issues in manufacturing and production environments.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all electrical assets.
Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance and technical support as needed.
Coordinate with other engineering and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and effective problem-solving.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.
Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance records, reports, and documentation for audits and continuous improvement.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to minimize equipment downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5 to 8 years of proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, and automation technologies.
Demonstrated experience in leading maintenance teams and managing complex projects.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for electrical equipment and systems.
Familiarity with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices in electrical maintenance.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to work on-site and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required.
