Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing all preventive and corrective maintenance activities within the hospital facilities.
Ensures the proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as compliance with hospital safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Supervises maintenance technicians, provides technical guidance, and ensures smooth daily operations of the engineering systems.
Maintain documentation, logs, and reports using CMMS/BMS systems.
Conduct inspections, diagnose faults, and ensure timely rep of hospital equipment and infrastructure.
Monitor contractors' work, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to ensure continuity of hospital service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering, M echanical Power or Mechatronics field are required.
At least 3-5 years of experience at the same position, is preferred hospital experience
Very good command in (BMS or CMMS) systems
Very good command of English
leadership and very good communication skills
