Senior Maintenance Technician

Main tasks:

• Develop the ranges of mechanical maintenance interventions

Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s) :

• To monitor equipment files through periodic site visits and equipment analysis of information provided by technical services and/or operators.
• Assess the condition of the equipment, the urgency and the nature of the interventions to be carried out.
• To oversee the execution of preventive maintenance and scheduled renovation operations on equipment and machinery according to established standards and methods.
• Write and adapt preventive maintenance operating procedures and ensure their strict application.
• Define the needs and organize the execution of preventive maintenance actions

In terms of QHSE:

• Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and the Project
• Ensure the application of the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System.
• Ensure the correct handling of sharp and blunt tools, both manual and electromechanical, in an appropriate and cautious manner, respecting safety rules.
• Ensure compliance with the safety instructions contained in the user manuals provided by the manufacturers.
• Ensure the recovery of used oils and lubricants without soil contamination.
• Ensure the premises are cleaned and the tools are maintained after use.
• Ensure the provision and wearing of appropriate collective and individual protective equipment (CPE and PPE).

• Professional training: kinematic chains, technologies used on construction and regenerative braking equipment, conditions for proper operation
• Professional experience: 2 years
• Availability: Immediate
