Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of facility operations, including building maintenance, space planning, and vendor management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget, forecast expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic planning and efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of facilities professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance to achieve departmental goals.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or similar, demonstrating professional expertise.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
