Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in the fields of asset and facilities management within the TBU s Operation s function.
- Support in the development of the Asset Management and Facilities Management frameworks (aligned to ISO 55001 and 41001 compliance) across all Transport modes and asset classes that will be embedded in future D&B and O&M Contracts.
- Support the development of the Asset and Facilities Management function as the TBU s assets move in phase from concept mode into full operations.
- Provide input into the development of the TBU s Digital Engineering Strategy, particularly in relation to EAMS and Digital Twin capabilities related to asset and facilities management requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management, or equivalent relevant professional registration
- Minimum 10 15 years of progressive experience in asset and facilities management, ideally within transport, critical infrastructure / utilities or built environment sectors.
- Proven experience working in matrix organizations providing subject matter expertise in asset and facilities management to multiple stakeholder groups.
- Evidence of supporting the specification, implementation, or operation of an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) such as IBM Maximo is highly desired.
Skills & Competencies
- A working knowledge of ISO 55001 and 41001 respectively and evidence of successfully supporting their implementation.
- Experience related to EAMS implementation and ongoing operations.
- Evidence of working within a complex, fast moving, results driven matrix organization, with an ability to work under pressure when required.
- Familiarity with applicable KSA Transport / Infrastructure regulations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Delivery of the TBU Asset and Facilities Management Strategies.
- Inclusion of Asset and Facilities Management requirements within applicable Design and Build and future Operating & Maintenance Contracts for TBU Assets.
