Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage the handover process from construction to operations, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans that support operational needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to asset handover and operational integration.
- Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the handover process.
- Analyze asset performance data to inform decision-making and improve future handover processes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including handover checklists, condition assessments, and maintenance requirements.
- Train operational staff on asset-specific procedures, maintenance requirements, and safety protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to asset management and handover processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in asset management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, project handover processes, or related fields, preferably in large-scale construction or development projects.
- Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and best practices in operational readiness.
- Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess asset performance and operational risks.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations governing asset management is advantageous.
