Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Manager Asset Management professional support the development and implementation of our clients Asset Information Requirements, Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) framework and Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), while advancing structured asset lifecycle governance within their environment and in KSA.
This role requires strategic and technical experience across critical infrastructure, public services, transportation, mobility systems and built environment portfolios, with particular focus on digital asset information structures, lifecycle data governance, and operational readiness from capital delivery through to steady-state O&M.
The successful candidate will champion health, safety, and security, demonstrate Qiddiya values, and ensure project schedules, budgets, and resources are effectively managed in collaboration with discipline leads, contractors, and stakeholders.
Candidates must have extensive experience working in the strategy and development phases of the project lifecycle along with previous experience of working in an Engineering Consultancy.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively support the health, safety, wellbeing, and security culture on the project, empowering the team to operate in line with client policies, procedures, and business unit objectives.
- Delivery of Asset Management consultancy and engineering services within our client s transport and asset lifecycle framework.
- Supporting and leading the development and implementation of the Asset Information Requirements (AIR), including asset breakdown structures, classification systems, data attributes and digital handover protocols aligned to operational needs.
- Supporting and leading the development and rollout of the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS), including data structure configuration, asset register development, indexing logic, and integration considerations with BIM and digital engineering platforms.
- Supporting the development of asset management policies, procedures and standards in alignment with ISO 55000 principles and our client s governance structures.
- Supporting implementation of lifecycle asset management activities including:
- Asset inventory and verification activities
- Asset data validation and cleansing
- Asset criticality assessments
- Asset performance metrics and KPI frameworks
- Asset reporting dashboards and data analytics
- Risk-based lifecycle planning inputs
- Supporting the analysis of total asset lifecycle risk and expenditure data to inform mid-term capital plans and operational planning strategies.
- Supporting preparation of asset management related documentation, reporting, governance materials and internal Business Unit.
- Develop and implement robust project plans, covering all aspects of project preparation, execution, and closeout.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with time, cost, HSE, quality assurance, and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure a Customer-first approach is integrated into all aspects of project planning, decision-making, and delivery.
- Manage all changes related to the delivery of the scope through the defined business unit change management process, ensuring early identification and communication of potential impacts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the development of the Safety Case, commissioning compliance, and certification to operate.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing strategies to address roadblocks and maintain project momentum.
- Provide visible and inclusive leadership, fostering a high-performance culture through clear direction, continuous feedback, and recognition of exceptional performance.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Implement and maintain project management processes, tools, and best practices to ensure transparency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate information flow and coordinate project activities.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, Technology, Asset Management or a related field.
- Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management is also acceptable.
Certifications:
- Professional certifications such as IAM Asset Management Certificate, or equivalent are desirable but not mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years successful experience in asset management, infrastructure advisory, digital engineering environments or technology-driven lifecycle advisory.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively controlling design, scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Experience implementing asset management services in accordance with industry best practice, with working knowledge of ISO 55000 systems.
- Practical experience supporting AIR development, asset register structuring, digital asset data models or EAMS deployment projects.
- Working knowledge of digital asset information applications and asset lifecycle data governance.
- Experience within critical infrastructure, transportation, mobility, mixed-use developments or large-scale master planned environments.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple workstreams across policy, data and system implementation activities.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery processes, including design, procurement, and construction.
Desired Candidate Profile
