Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manager- Systems and Processes (CDU7) to drive the continuous improvement of our operational systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance process workflows, ensure system integrity, and improve overall business performance. You will also oversee process documentation, manage stakeholder communication, and facilitate training and change management activities.
- Assess, design, and optimize business processes and systems in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead initiatives for process improvement, including identifying pain points and implementing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to standardize processes and ensure seamless system integration.
- Develop process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Manage change management efforts related to system updates or process implementations.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to guide continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems and process management, preferably in large organizations or capital projects.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are considered an asset.
Desired Candidate Profile
