Senior Manager - Commercial

Key Responsibilities/strong

Manage commercial management of the project throughout the development and delivery stages

Lead the cost planning process in coordination with development team throughout the development stages

Manage Project level cost control and assist DFA in budget management.

Prepare Commercial reporting to the PCG and DMO reporting team for BU Level reporting.

Adhere to the procurement procedures and policies of Qiddiya Investment Company and Procure Consultants / Contractors for various disciplines required under the project.

Coordinate with development / delivery to manage procurement process through

Prepare and obtain approval for Bid Review Program

Prepare and issue the Request for proposals document

Coordinate and prepare responses to tender queries

Manage issuance and acceptance of Post-Tender Clarifications

Manage evaluation of bids

Assist in preparing contract agreement

Manage executed Contracts through

Manage Contract payments through certification to payment

Prepare change orders with all substantiations for the various Contracts for Employer s approval.

Maintain change order and claims registers for various Contracts under the portfolios.

Prepare and manage final Contract close out documents for Consultants and Contractors.

Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings with contractors and consultants and provide insight on Contracts and Commercial issues that may impact progress.Bachelor s degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering.

• 10-15 years of total experience, some preferably in GCC countries.
• Must demonstrate a minimum of two years experience on a Sports projects.
• Technical writing and communication skills.
• Computer software skills in Microsoft Professional, Adobe Professional required.
• Proficiency in English.
