Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8-10 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, real estate, or hospitality sectors. Strong track record of achieving commercial targets and driving operational excellence. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools.
