Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the annual and multi-year business planning cycle, coordinating inputs across functions and consolidating into an integrated operational plan.
Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management frameworks, KPIs, OKRs, and balanced scorecards.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards and management reporting packs, providing timely and accurate performance insights to senior leadership.
Identify performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Partner with department heads to set performance targets, monitor progress, and drive corrective actions where required.
Lead cross-functional planning workshops and strategic review sessions (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Manage the risk and issue escalation process linked to performance delivery.
Develop and coach a high-performing team of planning and performance analysts.
Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives with structured planning and tracking frameworks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (required).
Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputable institution (preferred).
8 12 years of progressive experience in strategy, planning, performance management, or management consulting.
Prior experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB / Big 4 Strategy) strongly preferred.
Proficiency in data visualisation and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced modelling).
Demonstrated experience building KPI frameworks, reporting systems, and business planning processes from the ground up.
Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving.
Executive communication and stakeholder management.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Team leadership and talent development.

Adaptability in complex, fast-paced environments.
