Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and management of analytics frameworks and dashboards to support decision-making processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with business units to identify data requirements and analytical needs.
- Oversee data quality, integrity, and governance to ensure reliable analytics outputs.
- Utilize advanced statistical and analytical methods to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Implement and optimize data collection systems, data analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data tools and platforms, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable business strategies. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing data-driven culture and capabilities within the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 10 years of experience in data analytics with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience in reporting
- Strong knowledge of data visualization, data governance, and statistical modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable business insights.
