Senior Manager - Design (Structural) Qiddiya Investment Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design efforts for sports facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate structural design teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve structural design documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with architectural, MEP, and other engineering teams to integrate structural elements within the overall design.
• Oversee structural analysis, modeling, and simulation to optimize design efficiency and safety.
• Ensure design schedules and milestones are met while managing risks and resolving design issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the structural design team members.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate design progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering and sports facility design standards.

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in structural design, preferably with a focus on sports facilities or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading structural design teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with international building codes and standards relevant to sports facilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience in the Middle East or similar markets is a plus.
