Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

Driving initiatives from strategic intent into measurable action and orchestrating delivery across Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Planning mandate. The role sits at the intersection of execution, performance insight, and operating model enablement, requiring both strategic acumen and delivery excellence.

The position contributes directly to advancing Group Finance, Solutions and Sustainability agendas by managing the operating rhythm, tracking enterprise initiatives, supporting decision readiness, and engaging senior stakeholders across different areas.

Execution & Initiative Delivery

  • Lead planning, structuring, and tracking of cross-functional initiatives under the Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Planning portfolio.
  • Proactively identify execution risks and address them timely intervention.

Strategic Translation

  • Convert priorities into operational workplans and execution pathways that cascade across functions.
  • Support refinement and rollout of operating model shifts, including decision rights, structural interfaces, and process optimization within the different mandates.

Performance Management & Automation

  • Develop forward-looking dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau to track performance across strategic, financial, and operational domains
  • Drive automation of reporting cycles and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

Program Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Orchestrate the full operating rhythm of Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Planning.
  • Prepare and facilitate leadership briefings, ensuring each session is outcome-oriented and backed by decision-ready materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's in business or related field (MBA or master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years at top consulting firms in strategic roles (e.g., COO Office, Transformation).
  • Proven track record in managing strategic execution, performance cycles, and operating model rollouts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Strong in project delivery and operating model design.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Air table.
  • Able to simplify complex, cross-functional topics into clear outputs.
  • Experienced in strategy execution and PMO best practices.
