Direct cost monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing clear insights and mitigation strategies to senior management.

Ensure integrity and reconciliation of data across SAP, Primavera P6, Unifier, BIM, and related systems.

Oversee monthly accrual reviews and financial close activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Provide high-level oversight of schedule changes and integrated cost/schedule impacts.

Lead risk and opportunity reviews, ensuring timely identification, assessment, and escalation of key exposures.

Act as a senior liaison between Finance, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams to ensure transparency and alignment.

Mentor and guide project controls teams, promoting governance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
