Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Develop and manage company budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and financial analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage financial audit processes.

  • Provide financial guidance and insights to senior management.

  • Support and guide the accounting and finance team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.

  • 7–10 years of experience in finance or accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
