Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that appeal to diverse guests, spotlighting local flavors and culinary trends.
  • Supervise and mentor food and beverage teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for food and beverage operations to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that increase guest engagement and drive revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and service quality metrics to continually improve offerings and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality ingredients and materials that align with our commitment to sustainability and excellence.
  • Lead and manage the execution of special events and catering services, ensuring seamless operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hospitality or high-volume dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and guest service excellence.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Robust financial management skills with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for management and reporting.
  • Passion for food and hospitality, with a creative mindset to bring new ideas to life.
