Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Manager / General Manager – Real Estate

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience, performance, and portfolio)


Job Role Overview

This position is designed for a highly experienced and exceptionally polished real estate professional capable of leading luxury property operations, managing high-value clients, and driving strong sales performance. The Senior Manager / General Manager will oversee the brokerage team, manage individual and team targets, and represent the company at the highest professional standard within the UAE luxury real estate market.


Requirements

•Female candidate – Russian / Egyptian / European nationality preferred

•Indian candidates may be considered only if extremely premium and highly presentable

•Minimum 7 years of UAE real estate experience

•Must have experience working on luxury residential and commercial properties

•Proven track record of closing single transactions worth AED 15–20 million or more

•Strong existing client network within the UAE luxury market

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

•Highly polished, confident, and presentable personality

•Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive business growth

•Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee the operations of the real estate division, ensuring smooth performance and business growth.

•Handle high-profile clients and luxury property transactions with professionalism and confidence.

•Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.

•Recruit, train, and manage mid-level and senior brokers to build a strong sales team.

•Set, monitor, and manage team targets, ensuring consistent performance and productivity.

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with UHNW clients, investors, and property owners.

•Lead property presentations, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.

•Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the luxury real estate market.

•Prepare sales strategies, market plans, and performance reports for management.

•Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards.

•Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and industry gatherings.

•Maintain a premium, polished appearance suitable for high-end client interactions.
