Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR analytics strategy and roadmap.
Build and manage executive dashboards and data visualization tools.
Design and deliver executive-level HR dashboards and reporting systems.
Partner with HRIS, IT and EPMO to ensure data quality, integration, and automation.
Provide analytical insights on workforce trends, productivity, and employee experience to inform strategic HR initiatives.
Establish governance standards for HR data and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, HR Management, or related field (Master s preferred).
- 5 7 years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle HRIS, Power BI, and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
