Role Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and culture initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Workforce Planning & Organization Design
Lead workforce planning exercises aligned with business growth and operational needs
Design organizational structures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and clarity
Partner with leadership on manpower planning and workforce optimization
2. Talent Management & Performance Excellence
Lead end-to-end performance management cycles including calibration and differentiation
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development
Identify high-potential talent and support development planning
3. Culture, Engagement & Change Management
Design and implement engagement and culture initiatives aligned with organizational values
Support transformation and change management initiatives
Analyze engagement data and drive targeted interventions
4. Leadership Advisory & Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters
Support decision-making on promotions, restructuring, and talent risks
Guide leaders in building high-performing teams
5. HR Governance & Operations
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations
Manage employee relations and resolve complex cases
Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights
Key Performance Matrix
Deliver effective performance management cycles with strong differentiation
Improve employee engagement and retention of high performers
Strengthen succession pipelines across key roles
Provide impactful HR advisory support to leadership
Ensure workforce plans align with business needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in HR or related field
10–12 years HR experience
