Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals, ensuring organizational agility and performance.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier candidates while promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring.
  • Manage employee relations initiatives, addressing workplace issues proactively and fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Design and implement performance management systems that facilitate continuous feedback and support employee growth and development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, showcasing advanced knowledge in HR practices.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role, demonstrating leadership capabilities.

  • Experience in industries such as Auto parts trading, ensuring familiarity with sector-specific HR challenges.
