Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for Indian HR professionals with prior experience in Africa/Nigeria markets. Candidates from Tier 1 institutes with strong HRBP and Talent Acquisition exposure will be preferred.
MBA/PGDM from reputed institutes such as XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, NMIMS, IIMs, etc. preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
10–12 years of experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition
Prior experience in Africa or emerging markets is mandatory
Strong exposure to hiring for niche/business-critical roles
Experience in performance management and rewards
Ability to work in fast-paced and challenging environments
