Visit us at www.accenture.com About the Project: We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture & Planning team for a high-impact engagement - a groundbreaking initiative to build a sustainable, hyper-connected, and technologically advanced city in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will contribute to a strategic Application Rationalization Assessment, helping to shape the future digital backbone. You will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and sales teams to architect end-to-end infrastructure solutions that align with innovation goals and sustainability vision. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Manager - Infrastructure Services Solution Architect, you will: Translate client requirements into innovative, scalable, and deliverable infrastructure solutions using your deep technical expertise. Collaborate with sales pursuit and delivery teams to craft a winning solution that supports the client's value proposition and business case. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Infrastructure Services with strong advisory, influence, and leadership capabilities. Lead and guide cross-functional teams, making architectural decisions that align with project and organizational goals. Design solutions that span multiple infrastructure domains, such as: Cloud (IaaS/PaaS) Data Center Modernization Network & Connectivity Application Hosting IT Operations & Service Management Facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and align on requirements with business and technical stakeholders. Create detailed architectural documentation, including solution designs, roadmaps, implementation plans, and cost models. Develop and refine solution planning, costing, and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and deliverability. Mentor junior architects and technical leads, promoting architectural best practices and continuous learning. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, methods, and trends to improve client outcomes and service offerings. Minimum Qualifications: At least 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and solution architecture roles, with a proven record of delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure solutions. Proven experience working as a lead or senior solution architect in client-facing roles, ideally in consulting or enterprise IT. Deep understanding of Application Rationalization and IT transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in: Infrastructure Services (Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid) Solution Architecture & Design Requirements Analysis Costing & Pricing Models Enterprise IT strategy Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments. Familiarity with smart city infrastructure, large-scale government or urban digital projects is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications: Master proficiency in: Solution Architecture Solution Planning, Costing & Pricing Requirements Analysis Professional certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting to C-level executives. Experience working in or with teams in the Middle East / GCC region is a plus. Why join us?
