Roles & Responsibilities
Laborer and implement the bancassurance strategy, including life, health, and provident insurance products via banking channels.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banking networks.
- Manage, coach, and motivate bancassurance teams to achieve set objectives.
- Organize training on products and sales techniques to enhance commercial effectiveness.
Solid expertise in bancassurance products and knowledge of the local market.
- Proven skills in leadership, team management, business development, and negotiation.
