- Manage front office operations, ensuring efficient processing of customer requests and queries.
- Oversee back office operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Coordinate with seniors to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Provide exceptional wealth management services to high net worth individuals (HNIs) through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of NBFC regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent Front Office Operations skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in SENOIR MANAGER software for managing HNI client relationships.
