Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Event Planning

  • Develop and lead the Residential Marketing Events Strategy aligned with RSG s luxury brand positioning and sales/marketing goals.
  • Create and maintain an integrated events calendar across local, regional, and international markets (e.g. roadshows, investor showcases, international expos, FAM trips).
  • Identify event platforms that attract UHNWIs, strategic investors, real estate brokers, and global brand partners.

2. End-to-End Event Management

  • Manage all aspects of event planning, production, and delivery, including venue selection, concept creation, run-of-show, supplier coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure seamless brand storytelling and luxury experience across all touchpoints, from invitation design to post-event follow-up.
  • Lead onsite execution of events, coordinating across marketing, sales, AV, hospitality, and guest relations teams.

3. Budgeting, Procurement & Contracting

  • Develop detailed event budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining premium standards.
  • Oversee vendor sourcing and contracting in coordination with Procurement and Legal.
  • Negotiate sponsorships, in-kind collaborations, and strategic partnerships to enhance event offerings.

4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including Residential Sales, Creative, Content, PR, and Digital teams to ensure message alignment.
  • Support the C-suite and leadership in high-stakes engagement events, including private previews, launches, and business development dinners.
  • Liaise with external developers, real estate partners, agencies, and global media when relevant to residential campaigns.

5. Measurement & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for all events (e.g., qualified leads, media exposure, attendee satisfaction, cost per acquisition).
  • Produce detailed post-event reports including ROI analysis, stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of attendees, engagement outcomes, and lead follow-up results in coordination with CRM and Sales.

6. Brand & Luxury Experience Curation

  • Ensure all events reflect RSG s luxury brand tone, visual identity, and world-class service expectations.
  • Stay current with global trends in luxury hospitality, branded residences, and experiential marketing.
  • Lead innovation in immersive and tech-enabled event experiences (e.g. VR walkthroughs, digital twins, sensory activations).

Job Purpose:

  • The Senior Manager Residential Marketing Events is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and performance management of all B2C and B2B marketing events within RSG s Residential portfolio.
  • These events are designed to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and position RSG s luxury residences as premier investment and lifestyle opportunities. The role demands exceptional strategic thinking, precision execution, and deep understanding of luxury real estate marketing.
  • This position will work closely with the Brand, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications teams to ensure that all events meet commercial objectives while aligning with the brand s luxury positioning and the Red Sea Global vision.
