QHSE System Implementation and Monitoring

• Manage the implementation of specific QHSE programs and initiatives within assigned operational areas.

• Conduct regular QHSE inspections and audits to identify non-compliance, hazards, and areas for improvement.

• Support the investigation of QHSE incidents, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.

• Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics.

Risk Management Support

• Assist in the facilitation of operational risk assessments and the development of risk mitigation plans.

• Support the maintenance of the operational risk register and track the implementation of risk treatment actions.

• Promote risk awareness and sound risk management practices within operational teams.

Policy and Procedure Development and Maintenance

• Lead the development or revision of specific operational policies, procedures, and standards in collaboration with workstream subject matter experts.

• Ensure that policies and procedures are clearly documented, communicated effectively, and regularly reviewed for relevance and accuracy.

• Assist in maintaining the central repository for policies and procedures.

Compliance Training and Awareness

• Develop and deliver targeted training sessions on QHSE, risk management, and specific compliance topics to operational staff.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at fostering a strong compliance culture across the organization.

• Plan and execute internal compliance audits based on the audit schedule.

• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action requests.

• Track the closure of audit findings and report on compliance status.
