Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve SHARE s cross-channel paid media strategy across markets
- Design media plans for always-on performance marketing, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Lead strategy, governance, and performance optimization of owned media assets including websites, in-mall digital screens, in-store POS, CRM channels, and social assets
- Collaborate with business unit marketing teams across malls, retail, entertainment, and fashion to execute cross-promotional campaigns
- Identify and activate new partner-owned media opportunities across the full-funnel media mix
- Oversee campaign briefing, execution, and performance tracking with media agencies and internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage a comprehensive paid media measurement framework including acquisition cost, ROAS, attribution, and lifetime value impact
- Manage day-to-day agency relationships to ensure delivery against performance and strategic objectives
Ideal Profile
- 8 to 10 years of experience in media and performance marketing within multi-market environments
- Strong understanding of the UAE, Egypt, and GCC media landscape
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads
- Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets across multi-million portfolios
- Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
- Demonstrated success running full-funnel paid media campaigns covering acquisition and retention
