About the Role:
This role will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning strategies that support employee growth, enhance performance, and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in learning and development, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to drive meaningful learning experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive Almosafer s Academy and learning and development activities by conducting organizational-wide training needs analysis, defining skills and capabilities gaps, and managing various talent management interventions and programs in alignment with existing career paths and succession plans.
  • Manage Almosafer Academy, covering the design, development, and delivery of technical training courses to the customer while ensuring its integration with Almosafer's capabilities and requirements
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive competency framework that encompasses both behavioral and technical aspects, and ensure its integration within other talent management programs.
  • Identify training needs using a structured methodology to assist in the design of tailored training and development programs.
  • Develop and design learning material, coordinate and review educational content, and incorporate the latest technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.
  • oversee the development of interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline.
  • Creates and enhances training material and presentations.
  • Apply learning models to structure content effectively.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning products, meeting the expectations of them.
  • Ensure all learning solutions align with business goals and maintain a strong user experience.
  • Organize and upload content to the Learning Management System (LMS).

Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, including experience managing organizational-wide training programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is required.
  • A Master s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing competency frameworks and learning strategies.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, content development, and modern learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, LMS platforms).
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with department heads and subject matter experts.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
