Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead PMO for strategic projects and transformation programmes
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure alignment with organisational objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
- Provide advisory support for innovation-driven initiatives
- Drive risk management and compliance across multi-stakeholder projects
- Support integration of new solutions into operational processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic decision-making
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior PMO roles
- Experience in agri-food or agriculture sector projects is essential
- Proven track record managing large-scale transformation projects
- Consulting background (Big 4 or top-tier strategy firms highly desirable)
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder programmes within the region
- Must be fluent in Arabic (written and verbal) to business-level
- Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
