Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication and PR strategies and
  • implement plans that support the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitor public opinion and industry trends to inform communication strategies.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create high-quality content for various internal and external, owned and earned communication channels. Ensure consistent messaging and branding by developing brand-specific message houses, press kits and fact sheets
  • Plan and execute PR events, press conferences, and media briefings. Coordinate
  • logistics, manage invitations, and prepare spokespeople for public appearances
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Proactively seek media opportunities and partnerships that amplify
  • awareness and generate interest.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or
  • a related field.
  • Specialized training/certifications such as crisis communications or reputation
  • management, are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in communications and public relations,
  • with at least 3 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in media relations and corporate communication.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information
  • with discretion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively.
  • Solid understanding of digital media and social media platforms. Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
