Key Functional Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve CEER s enterprise wide risk management framework, methodologies, and tools across all business functions.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and monitor strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks, maintaining an up to date corporate risk register.
• Conduct enterprise level and functional risk assessments, including scenario analysis and stress testing, and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the development and execution of business continuity and crisis management plans to ensure organizational resilience and preparedness.
• Monitor risk exposure and the effectiveness of mitigation actions, providing timely and actionable risk reporting to senior management, the Risk Committee, and the Board.
• Collaborate with divisions and functions to embed risk management practices into operational processes, projects, and strategic planning activities.
• Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and industry best practices, including monitoring emerging and evolving risks.
• Promote a strong risk aware culture through training programs, awareness initiatives, and continuous improvement of risk management systems and processes.
• Ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures, and internal controls across all assigned activities.
• Contribute to budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring activities are conducted in line with approved financial guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices, considering leading standards, productivity improvements, and cost optimization.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports in compliance with CEER s policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies across all relevant business functions.
