Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on developing and implementing effective governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Facilitate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and aggregation to provide a holistic view of key strategic, financial, operational, and compliance risks.
Coordinate with business units and functions to perform periodic risk assessments and drive consistent application of risk scoring, risk appetite alignment, and mitigation tracking.
Oversee the implementation of special projects including collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Engage with SLT, periodically coordinate with them to align the GRC strategy and plans with the business needs, and periodically report on the GRC activities to the SLT.
Lead the preparation of enterprise risk reports and dashboards for the Board, Audit & Risk Committees, and executive management.
Facilitate integration of GRC with strategy planning and performance management.
Review the results of gap analysis and maturity assessments for GRC practices and ensure implementation of observations, with an objective to achieve appropriate GRC certifications.
Champion GRC culture initiatives, training, and awareness programs across all levels of the organization.
Monitor GRC industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments to inform risk oversight and readiness.
Desired Candidate Profile
7-10 years of experience in GRC Portfolio Management, strategy and/or governance functions.
Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks and practical application across diversified business models.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline; a Master s degree is a plus.
Professional certifications such as CRMP, GRCP, FRM, or equivalent are preferred.
Prior exposure to Board-level reporting, strategic risk assessments, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
