Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the innovation and digital transformation strategy for the firm's clients. You will ensure the successful implementation of projects, align initiatives with clients' business objectives, and guarantee operational excellence. You will also serve as an ambassador for the company within the external innovation and transformation ecosystem.

Main tasks:

Strat gie & Management

  • To supervise and support a team of managers specializing in innovation and digital transformation.
  • To define and manage the overall digital transformation strategy, in alignment with customer objectives.
  • Ensure the consistency and performance of projects in coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • To actively participate in the building and evolution of teams within the firm, supporting their development and skills enhancement.

Projects & Innovation

  • Oversee the management of digital transformation and innovation projects to ensure their success and impact on customers.
  • Maintain a close relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction and the success of initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend advanced technological solutions (AI, automation, data) tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • To evolve the firm's offerings in line with market trends and client expectations.

Partnerships, Business & External Representation

  • To develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external technology players in order to strengthen the firm's offering.
  • Supporting sales teams in responding to calls for tenders and in building suitable proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and during strategic discussions with external clients and partners on innovation topics.

Change Management & Innovation Culture

  • Supporting clients in adopting digital solutions and implementing effective change management strategies.
  • Facilitate the integration of new solutions within clients' teams, ensuring successful adoption.
  • To lead internal initiatives to encourage a culture of innovation and digital transformation within the firm.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+5 degree from a top engineering or business school.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience including consulting experience, with expertise in digital project management, transformation and team management.
  • Strong interest in advanced technologies (AI, automation, data), with a good understanding of clients' business and technological challenges.
  • Proven experience in managing innovation projects and coordinating large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Solid experience in developing offers and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment, and to represent the company in an impactful way.
  • My perfect mastery of French and English, both written and spoken.
