Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet architecture design & sizing, routing, and vehicle allocation
- Peak-day transport command center operations
- Driver briefing, rostering, and performance management
- Ground transportation vendor oversight and contract enforcement
- Real-time tracking and incident response coordination
- Inter-agency liaison (traffic authorities, police escorts, airport ops)
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in fleet / ground transport management for large events
- Hands-on experience with transport command center technology (GPS, TMS)
- Demonstrated peak-load planning for 500+ delegates simultaneously
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and VIP motorcade protocols
- Strong analytical and logistics scheduling skills
- Fluency in English
