Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and fund utilization across business units.
- Build and maintain strong banking and financial institution relationships.
- Oversee issuance and management of LCs, LTRs, and BGs as per project needs.
- Lead fund-raising for short-term and long-term requirements.
- Develop cash flow forecasts, profitability reports, and business plans.
- Drive treasury automation and ERP integration for real-time visibility.
- Implement treasury policy, ensure compliance, and mitigate FX/interest risks.
- Lead the treasury team to deliver efficient, value-creating outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–15 years of experience in construction and contracting sector, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas
- Proven expertise in treasury management, fund-raising, cash flow forecasting, and trade finance instruments.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP / TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
