Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing Planning and Coordination
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company s polymer products and enhance market presence.
 - Coordinate with the marketing agency to ensure timely implementation of approved marketing plans and activities.
 - Assist in aligning campaign activities with the company s overall business and sales objectives.
 
Brand Support and Consistency
- Collaborate with the marketing agency to maintain and strengthen the company s brand identity across all communication channels.
 - Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied in all marketing materials, advertisements, and digital content.
 - Contribute to refining product positioning and messaging to align with target audience needs.
 
Campaign and Content Support
- Assist in the creation and review of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital assets.
 - Coordinate the execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email marketing, trade shows) in collaboration with internal teams and the agency.
 - Support the development of educational and promotional content, such as product videos, webinars, and technical materials.
 
Market Research and Performance Tracking
- Gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support the development of marketing initiatives.
 - Collaborate with the marketing agency to track campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics and outcomes.
 - Provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights and ROI analysis.
 
Customer and Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate marketing efforts that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
 - Support customer relationship activities such as events, product trainings, and webinars.
 - Assist in preparing marketing presentations and materials for key clients, distributors, and partners.
 
Collaboration and Communication
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and the external marketing agency to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
 - Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure efficient execution of marketing tasks.
 - Support the training and onboarding of junior marketing team members as needed.
 
Budget and Administrative Support
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and processing invoices related to marketing agency activities.
