Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of coordination between the company and external agencies.
• Audit and review all marketing deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Maintain consistency across all marketing outputs.
• Track timelines, progress, and performance indicators.
• Support the Marketing Manager in organizing, following up, and ensuring smooth operations.

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
• Experience in organizing and executing events and promotional activities.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
