Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Marketing Operations & Research Department.
  • Coordinate with faculties and internal departments to execute approved marketing plans.
  • Receive marketing requests from faculties and allocate them to relevant teams for execution.
  • Analyze marketing data and prepare analytical, periodic, and annual reports and presentations.
  • Prepare and manage all internal and external marketing-related correspondence.
  • Supervise content creation and marketing research activities, including analytical reporting.
  • Ensure continuous availability of marketing materials and promotional inventory.
  • Participate in developing the annual marketing plan and follow up on implementation.
  • Manage marketing projects end-to-end, from planning through execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Management roles.
  • Education or academic sector experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise in marketing operations, data analysis, reporting, and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, lead management, or call center operations.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end and coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Demonstrated team supervision, follow-up, and performance management skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
